Tara assisted us with preparing our home for sale, inside and out. Her recommendations were both thorough and specific regarding things like paint color and also furniture placement or removal. She also provided ideas that were budget friendly as options. Following our initial consultation, she came back to provide additional suggestions for exterior improvements, such as choosing the best siding color to enhance the home's presence and also external decorative ideas. We were very pleased with her approach and recommendations.

During Spring 2015, we decided to downsize and put our house on the market.  I had the immense pleasure of meeting Tara and worked with her as she staged my home.  She did an outstanding job!  Her initial visit was very helpful as she moved from room to room asking questions and taking notes.  She followed her visit with a very clear and organized packet putting forth suggestions and providing an exact schedule for each room and what she felt needed staging.

Working with her was a delight!  I particularly like how she incorporated a good portion of my furniture, etc. into her vision.  As the days progressed, the home became a beautiful and comfortable abode.  She even staged my back porch and patio.  Her pricing was fair and reasonable.  My 2,300 square foot modern ranch changed from a bland place to a welcoming home.  Finally, I was impressed and thankful for the binder she provided at the end that not only gave me receipts for all the purchases but also the websites and shops from which she obtained the various items.
